Traitor Movie Reviews
User reviews on Traitor
This was a pretty good spy-type movie. Traitor definitely has similarities to plots like The Bourne series, but on a terrorist level. I noticed Steve Martin, the great comedian, was one of the writers for this movie. That was intriguing, and if Steve continues to be part of these type of movies, I feel he\'ll have an equally successful career at it. No, it\'s not the best suspenseful movie out; however, it takes you on a few unexpected twists and turns. I really like Don Cheadle as an actor, but I\'m not sure he was best choice for this role. That being said, he gave this genre a new look, and I actually want to see it again to see if my mind changes in his favor.
This movie is OK, but not great. It\'s got some nice twists which I am still kind of confused about. It also is one of those films that\'s basically a spy movie set to the tune of terrorism. Fools and suckers who might vote for McCain and that ridiculous woman can feel they understand the war on terror. But we don\'t gain any insight just paranoid thrills, and more stuff blowing up. It\'s the same ol\' same ol\' and , at worse, a harmful Hollywood bamboozle. \nI guess Don Cheadle could read the phone book and you\'d take it seriously, what with that great troubled, earnest face of his.\nBut like the phone book, I don\'t think movie is necessary. But people still use phone books, and like anything where stuff explodes and we go home safe, there\'s always an audience.\n
