This is a film about a young married couple Kate (Mary Elizabeth Winstead) and Charlie (Aaron Paul) whose love is built on a mutual love for music, laughter and drinking. As Kate’s drinking becomes worse, she decides to join an AA club and change her life. During this difficult process Kate discovers that sobriety is not as easy as she thought it would be. I really liked this film and highly recommend seeing it in the theaters. I did not have high expectations for this film because recovery dramas are usually all the same but this one surprised me and I had a good time watching this film. I think that the film benefited hugely from an amazing performance from Mary Elizabeth Winstead, she was absolutely incredible and in my opinion should be recognized for this performance. The film was moving, genuine and I think it is worth seeing in the theaters.
