This movie opens with our heroine, who is once again befuddled, waking up in a hospital bed with no one around her, which reminded me of 28 Days later. After walking around she finds the area deserted. Come to find out the virus has gotten out and is spreading throughout the city.
This one is more of an action movie than a horror movie. Sure, there are some jumps and gory effects but the overall theme is action. The few survivors are trying to make it out of the zombie-infested city before it gets nuked.
This one is not as fun as the first movie and the scary monster, once you added guns and armor to him, didn’t really seem scary at all. Some of the fight scenes were really fun but I’m never a fan of kids in movies and the ending was rather lame as well. It was also rather predictable.
