I thought this film is going to be amazing and interesting. I have been fascinated by 27 Club for a long time, especially now that Amy Winehouse has passed away at 27 years old. Unfortunately, the film disappointed me because it was not good at all. The film was very unoriginal and i felt like i was watching a film that I have seen million times before. Kevin Zegers and Jason Ritter try really hard to make their characters believable and relatable but they hardly succeed and it is hard to watch their effort. Overall, I do not recommend seeing this film in the theaters because you will be bored and disappointed.
I did not like this film and I do not recommend seeing it in the theaters. The film was full of cliches and none of them really worked. The film felt really unoriginal and quite frankly boring and uninspired. I wanted to leave couple of times but I was hoping that the film will get better, unfortunately it never did, i was bored out of my mind. Nothing in this film was able to hold my interest and that is really sad. Kevin Zegers lacks charisma and I did not like him in this film, one can see that he tries hard but he never quite gets it. Overall, do not see this film.
This is a drama about the band Lost Soulz and it is directed by Scott D. Rosenbaum and starring Kevin Zegers, Jason Ritter and Taryn Manning. I did not like this film and I do not recommend seeing it in the theaters. The film was not interesting and it did not capture the essence of rock and roll. The conflicts between the characters are hard to care about because you do not believe the closeness between the two characters. The love triangle in the film is not believable either, basically the director failed to establish a connection between the audience an the characters. Overall, this film is not worth your money or your time.
