Loved, loved, loved this movie! I was waiting for it to come out forever and it surpassed my expectations. It is a warm, funny movie with amazing actors and a great storyline. The story is about a traditional Jewish family trying to come to terms with their son’s sexual orientation. The message of the movie is that it does not matter who you choose to love, all that matters is love and it can conquer anything. The main character, the son of the family, is also dating a non-Jew. Both the fact that the son is gay and is dating someone who is not of the Jewish faith drives the storyline. The cast was absolutely wonderful. Lainei Kazan is awesome and I just love her to death. I enjoyed every second of this movie. It is both cheerful and sad. Overall the movie is inspiring. I would definitely recommend this film to anyone. I can’t wait until this movie has a national release so it can get the recognition it deserves.
