i loved the new nightmare freddy was serious and mean as hell the whole story had a great twist .not to say the originals didnt rock but the new one was more intense! -
it was decent, not a bad remake at all. but i still like the original more. this one did have some original scenes plus some old ones brought back to life. its a good hack n slash, but i still like the older more. this was more about how many can be killed and how quickly while the other built up to it. i also liked the old freddy more, the one in this one just doesnt look as intimidating. -
I love movies but this Nightmare was aweful!! The guy who played Freddy could not act if his life depended on it..skip it...it's not worth your time or money....Yikes!! -
this movie was great. After the movie was over i was to scared to even sleep i thought if i slept i was gonna get killed. So when you watch this movie be ready to shit and pee your pants{ this includes girls ] you just heard from the review master justin peker.so go out there and watch it. -

Absolute garbage. To think about what they did to a nice classic movie, where a little girl's belief in Santa Claus brings joy to the world, makes me want to diarrhea. Some major differences in this new version:
-Santa's name is "Freddy"
-Instead of 12 vicious reindeer, he has 10 razor-sharp knives on his fingers
-Santa's rosy red cheeks have been interpreted in this version as hideous burn scars
-Instead of giving toys to children, he murders them
-The little girl from the original has been re-cast as a horny teen
Note to Hollywood: Stick with the original. Don't remake the classics! -
