Neighbors Movie Reviews

I loved this film. Neighbors truly captures the moment you realize that once you have a child, you can no longer be a child. The scenes where Seth Rogen and the woman who plays his wife (I forget her name) wonder if they can take a baby to a club a just priceless.
Zac Effron is still no Paul Newman, far from it, and James Franco is JAAAAmes Franco, but all in all a great cast.
I honestly did not expect to like this film at all, so I was pleasantly surprised to learn that it is really funny and highly enjoyable. The film was raunchy and it even had some interesting themes. I could relate to the theme of rite of passage from party animal to a responsible adult. I also found this film to be rather endearing and that really surprised me in a good way. I don’t remember laughing this hard at a movie in a very long time and I can forgive some of its flaws just because of that. The characters were well developed and not one-dimensional, the storyline was good, and the energy of the film was great . Overall, if you want to have a good time and laugh, I recommend seeing this film in the theaters.
I am not the biggest fan of Seth Rogen or his movies, so i was not really excited to see this film. However, I did, mainly because my friend loves stoner comedies (because he is one) and he begged me to come. Anyway, it wasn’t too bad, I mean it was funny but it was also incredibly stupid and the humor was super raunchy. It was everything I expected Seth Rogen film to be and my friend absolutely loved t. i thought that the acting was pretty good and the characters were actually developed and relatable. The storyline was quite good as well and i could relate to the situation, being that I am the person who used to party a lot and now I am a dad. Overall, if you like Seth’s movies, I highly recommend seeing this one, you are gonna love it.
