The only thing good about this movie was the 3-D, and that didn't work for half of the movie. We complained and the manager fixed it, he said someone had removed the 3D filter, but we got movie passes.

This movie was so lame and predictable, either they edited out alot of content for time or it just sucked.

This movie was very disapointing, it is such a ripoff of friday the 13, it is the whole synopsis, without the death of Harry, same undying character, same whiny people in a rural town. Anyone who has seen this should get all of their money bsck, plus a free movie.

this movie is a great example of hollywood running out of good ideas. they sell a 3-d movie to fill the seats. Don't get me wrong, the 3-d action was pretty cool, but the story wasn't original enough and the gore was blown way out of proportion.

As far as Hollywood horror movies go this is a pretty decent one. I must say though if you don’t like horror movies then don’t see this movie. It’s not trying to be something it’s not, it’s just a silly slasher flick with lots of gore and nudity. The 3D was nothing special but they didn’t go crazy with it so it didn’t take anything away (or really add anything).\n\nI though the cast did a good job with Jensen Ackles as the prodigal son. I like that the movie kept you guessing until the end about who the killer might be. There were a lot of references to the original, but the movie was different enough that it’s a different movie. Over all I think this was a well done movie and if you go in expecting a horror movie then that is what you will get.\n\nOh and if you are comparing this to Gran Torino or Benjamin Button then you are being crazy, there is no comparison. These are different movies that are not appealing to the same type of crowd. Were you really expecting it to be Oscar calliber?
