Men at Lunch (Lon sa Speir) Movie Reviews
User reviews on Men at Lunch (Lon sa Speir)
This doc**entary offers the revealing tale of an American icon, the unprecedented race to the sky and the immigrant workers that built New York in the throes of the Great Depression. I thought this film was alright, I would not rush to the theaters because of it. However, I do suggest watching it at your home. I found the core image of the film to be striking, however, I felt that the film could have given way more depth to the photographs. I did not like the allusions to 9/11, I think they were totally unnecessary and did not add anything to the film. Basically, I thought the film was interesting, but I think that a deeper approach would have been better for this film.
