I think this film was a complete waste of my time and I suggest you avoid it and do not waste your money like i did. It seemed to me that he creators of this film did not exactly know how to fill up the running time of this film so they stuffed it with silly subplots that did not work at all. The film is clumsy and messy and there are not a lot of thrillers in this film. The film is also full of stereotypes and cliches and that annoyed me the most. I also had a real problem with Sam Worthington being the man on the ledge, he was not good at all and i think he should not be an actor at all because he has no charisma whatsoever.

I did not like this film at all and I definitely do not recommend seeing it in the theaters. The film was pretty silly and it seemed that the creators of this film just tried to fill up running time the best way they knew which resulted in a lot of stupid subplots. This was supposed to be a thriller but it did not deliver on that part and the only thrilling thing was to see a guy standing that high up and tat is definitely not enough. The film is also full of silly cliches and stereotypical characters, and it was sad to see some of the actors in this kind of film because I know they should be in something much much better. Overall, do not waste your money or time on this film.

A man standing on a ledge high above New York. There's a lot of stories that can come from that simple idea. If only the makers of Man On A Ledge had come up with one more interesting than the boring, muddled creation we have here. It's a standard innocent man wronged story that can't get away from a script that spirals out of control and never even attempts to right itself. Sam Worthington, popping up in another film, plays Nick, the wronged man, who steps out on the ledge in a bid to prove his innocence. This is where things start too get to convoluted. There's a cop played by Elizabeth Banks, the only person Nick will talk to. There's Edward Burns and Anthony Mackie, as cops who show up every once in awhile just to add to another couple of plots. Then there's a couple, related to Nick, who are attempting to steal a diamond from the crazy rich guy played by Ed Harris. It's all ridiculous, and kind of painful to sit through. With so much possibility in an idea like this, it's sad that this was the best the filmmakers could come up with.

I think this film was alright but I do not think it is worth the price of the movie ticket. The story was pretty interesting and I think it was paced nicely but this film is totally forgettable and mediocre. I enjoyed watching Elizabeth Banks and Ed Burns but did not really like Sam Worthington however i do not think it was his fault i think the story was pretty weak and that is why he failed in this role. I was not bored during the film and I think it was pretty thrilling and i liked that there were couple of comedic moments in the film. the story did not go where I was expecting it to go and that was a bit confusing. Overall, i think you will be better of renting this film.

I did not like this film and I do not recommend seeing it in the theaters. I honestly do not understand why it is being released nationwide, it is definitely not good enough for that. it was supposed to be a thriller but I was bored throughout the whole film. I think the way the story was told did not work and the film fell flat. The movie was also pretty dumb and Sam Worthington was not good at all but in the same time it is hard to blame him, I think it is the director’s fault because he did not execute the story in a right way. Overall, I do not think this film is worth your money or your time.
