This is a great movie!!! I have seen it twice and will see it again. The music is great! The characters are fun, the location is beautiful! I have also bought the soundtrack. Domminic Cooper is adorable in this movie. Meryl Streep is great. The entire cast was wonderful.

I saw Mamma Mia in New York years ago and thought I might not enjoy the movie...but I did. It's different from stage, of course - the music is better when performed by professionals - but the scenery more than makes up for it. Even my snobby friends loved it. Absolutely worth the price.

Obviously, seeing it live is a ton better. I thought the young girl lead was the most annoying thing in the face of the planet. Her face and her friends when they act makes you want to slap yourself. Meryl Streep was fantastic and so were her supporting gals. They should really teach the young ones how to not SUCK at acting.

This was the best movie that I have seen in a vey long time.I was singing along with the rest of the audience and we all knew every word. A Must see for any woman.

I saw this on Broadway and really wish the producers didn\'t feel the need to have big name stars like Meryl Streep, Pierce Brosnan & Colin Firth in this. The production quality was great, but for a musical, I would have rather seen someone I didn\'t recognize that could sing better than the lot they hired. The story and music are totally fun. So, I\'m going to have to disagree with one of the reviewers since I am a straight male, which automatically knocks me out of two of his stereotyping categories and although I enjoyed the music, I am not a huge ABBA fan. I would totally recommend this if you like musicals and can overlook some off-key singing.

Great Movie. It gets better everytime I see it. Meryl Streep and Amanda Seyfried are wonderful. I\\\'ve never watched a movie where I wanted to just jump in and join them until this movie. The Sing-Along version has helped to fulfill that desire. Make sure you take all your friends and family, providing they like Abba. Only downside is Pierce Brosnan\\\'s singing voice. They should have dubbed him. Enjoy!

My whole family loved this movie! Me, my husbnd, both children, my mom and my dad. I watched it twice and I cannot remember the last movie I watched twice. I loved it just as much the second time. We bought the soundtrack as soon as we could and we are hooked! Beautiful scenery. Meryl Streep was great and it was just plain fun.

This movie was frankly one of or let me correct myself... meryl streep\'s worst performance but she certainly tries to act young... give it up. And we all know that amanda seyfried is dumb it seems i am the only one that can\'t get her performance in mean girls out of my mind! Pierce Brosnan is washed up and boring and has a really deep voice. But save your money and buy the soundtrack the music is the three stars. The movie is easily predictable and boring. Thanks for reading!\n

Meryl and the new actress who plays her daughter seemed to actually feel joy in all their cells, they seemed so alive, not just portraying joy but really being it. There was the brief crotch grabbing like Michael Jackson does, but otherwise great for young ones and adults alike! Full of life. Not boring for a moment.
