I thought this film was really good and I think it is worth seeing in the theaters. I thought that the film offered fresh, intimate and mostly successful perspective on Germany's traumatic transition from conqueror nation to occupied state.The film was wonderful visually and the lead performance by the newcomer Saskia Rosendahl is absolutely brilliant, i was highly impressed by this actress. The film was very intense and thoughtful and just overall I found it to be remarkable. I do have to warn you that the film is quite heavy but the beautiful natural imagery does elevate the mood a bit.
