This is a film about a British king who has speech-impairment and has to overcome his disability in order to be a successful ruler. The film is not only about overcoming a disability but it is also about a friendship, love and courage... I also saw a great relationship between a Royal and a commoner and i think it is also one of the themes of the film. The film is casted perfectly and all of the performances are absolutely amazing and it was as complete pleasure to watch. The cinematography is absolutely wonderful and it was a true delight for the eyes. Overall, the film is amazing and i highly recommend seeing it in the theaters. -
What a wonderful movie this was, I am so glad I saw it and I am definitely going to buy the DVD when it comes out. I highly recommend seeing this film in the theaters, it is one of those films that grab your attention and you remember it for a long time. All the characters in the film are very interesting and the performances are very strong. I am so happy that Colin Firth was finally recognized for his talent and he definitely deserved that Oscar because his performance was superb. I think this is a must see film, because it has heart and it also has a great message.
