This is a drama about a father and son who are reunited after a long time of no contact in a remote house in the nature. Seth (Zach Gilford) takes his girlfriend Andie (Jena Malone) to his family’s weekend house and his father Gil (John Slattery), and his much-younger new girlfriend, Vicky (Gabrielle Union) arrive unexpectedly as well . I thought the film was alright but I do not think it is necessary to see it on the big screen. The characters were very well developed and beautifully acted but the film was a bit too slow at times. I liked that he film was not melodramatic and it could have easily been that way. Overall, it is a good film about broken relationships and how hard it is to mend them but I do not recommend seeing it in the theaters, because it is not worth the price of a movie ticket.
