If you have decided to see this film I recommend you see it in IMAX experience. I think I was a little bit too old for this film, it was clearly intended for teenagers, but I have to say I still liked it. The special effects were really good and there were not too many of them in the beginning and it was saved for the ending. Because there was no overload of special effects, the film was successful in surprising me and building up the tension. The cinematography was great and it definitely deserves IMAX. The film also had a sense of humor and I really enjoyed most of the dialogue. Overall, I think it is an alright movie and if you do decide to see it then see it in IMAX.

If I go to the movie theater I always try to see a move in IMAX experience, it is a little extra but usually it is worth it. This movie was meant to be seen in IMAX, I mean everything looked so good and clear. Visually the movie was definitely awesome and the aliens looked so amazing, I was thanking myself for paying extra for IMAX. There was a lot going on in this movie and at times it felt like it was too much but it was entertaining and fun to watch. The performance of the young actor Alex Pettyfer was very solid and I think he will have a big career in Hollywood. Overall, I highly recommend seeing this film in IMAX because it is one of those movies that has to be seen in high quality picture.
