I thought this film was really good and I recommend seeing it in the theaters. I did not expect to like this film at all because I thought it will be all about hunting and killing and basically that it will be a film for guys. However, this film was nothing like that, it was more about nature and relationships between people and their inner demons. I thought this film had a very interesting idea and the characters were well developed and likable. William Dafoe was absolutely amazing in this film and he proved once more that he is a very capable actor.Overall, it is a great film and I think that most people will agree with me.
I think was film was pretty good and I recommend seeing it in the theaters. The film was interesting and mysterious and I really loved the way Dafoe played the character, I think he was simply brilliant. It is a quiet film that will make you think and if you do not like movies like that then i suggest you skip this film. It is thoughtful entertainment and i love films like this one, films that have a purpose and a message. The atmosphere in the film is dreadful and mysterious and it looks great visually as well. I think the director did a great job with combining a character study and a man against nature theme. Overall, I think this film is great and it is worth seeing in the theaters.
This is a film about a mercenary who is sent to Tasmanian wilderness by a mysterious biotech company to hunt the last Tasmanian tiger, the film is directed by Daniel Nettheim and stars Willem Dafoe, Sam Neill and Morgana Davies. I think this film was pretty good and most of the time I enjoyed it, it also had some major flaws. The main flaw is that it had way too many themes and it did not focus on it’s main story. The story is definitely very interesting and engaging and William Dafoe is brilliant as always, he is such a great actor. The film also looks really good and the wild is pretty spectacular, I did think that the director missed some emotional marks but overall it was a pretty satisfying experience. The film stayed with me a long after I have left the theater and that does not happen often so I was impressed.
