Hangover Part II Movie Reviews
User reviews on Hangover Part II
Yes, it was offensive. Yes, it was perverse. Don't go with your mother and definitely don't take your kids to see it, hello!!!!! The shlong scenes were a bit too over the top perverse, though, even for a hardened ex sailor like myself. Still, it's a insanely funny movie and I enjoyed it, with the exception of the schlong scenes.
Funny but not as funny as the first Hangover. It is good to see it with a big group because the laughs will last longer, but there aren't as many laughs as expected. Plus it was much darker of a film, whereas the first film was much more fun-loving! It is worth seeing once, but if you have a chance to see it during matinee times then do that and save yourself some money because it isn't really worth the full price.
Here's the real review. Yes, it is crude humor. Yes, it shows a naked tranies junk. So what? The movie is funny. Not as good as the first one, but worth seeing if your not a feminist, or a closet gay guy that hates gays...
Stupidest movie I have ever seen. The only people who would enjoy this movie are gay guys who get off on seeing other guys junk. Oh yea, it was made by a bunch of Hollywood types who are gay and like to see other guys junk. Even my girl friend wanted to leave and she had something to look at. Why I got talked into see this perverted movie, especially when I did not think the first one was that great, I will never know.
Everything you think will happen in this movie does. No surprises, just one gross-out moment after another. We could feel our brain cells dying as we watched. Waste of time and money. Almost left.
I think maybe I was a little too lenient on the movie in my last review, so let me correct my comments this time.
This was an absolutely, outstandingly Piece of Junk, that is guaranteed to cause the brain to move into instant pre-Alzheimer's Disease.
No entertainment value for anyone, even a 12 year old, booger-picking movie junkie.
This was a hilarious movie and the way the plot is set up keeps you interested. After watching the first one i wasn't sure if the second one could be as good but, i was almost immediately satisfied with the movie.
highly recommended to those who aren't afraid of crude stupid humor =)
Horrible Movie! Very Vulgar and Very Perverse! They show the male "p****' way to much, and it is not funny! They missed the mark completely!!
The funniest parts of the movie were Stu screaming like a girl several times, Allen waking up with a shaved head, and Allen giving the speech at the dinner party, these were funny!
Having the monkey sucking on the end of the bottle that Allen put under the Monks robe simulating a sexual act was way over the top, and disrespectful!! I truly do not have many good things to say about this movie.
The Hangover movie was much better! Hangover had some perverse parts, but they were actually funny. When Mr. Chow/lucky charm jumps out of the trunk of the car naked and whips them all, that was funny! When Mr. Chow kidnaps the wrong Doug, and brings Black Doug to the dessert and makes the trade anyway, that was funny!
When they all finally figure out what went down, and how it went down that story was Hilarious; but this was a big waste of time and money! I think that most that go see this movie expecting it to be better than the first will be very disappointed!!
WOW! What an amazing porno! I am definately taking my kids to see it! My favorite part was when Alan puts an asian carp in his anus and farts it out on Doug's face. Also when Stu puts sand paper against Phil's taint and drinks the blood. MUST SEE

I suppose it was inevitable. After all, The Hangover is the highest grossing R-rated comedy ever. It was moderately funny (I know I'm in the minority here). So yeah, I understand the need for a sequel. But did it have to be the same movie? Seriously, The Hangover Part 2 is just The Hangover in Bangkok, just not as funny.
You know the drill: There's a wedding to be gone to (this time it's Ed Helm's Stu's wedding to a hot Thai girl). He doesn't want a bachelor party, but if there wasn't one, would there be a sequel? No. So the Wolf Pack ends up waking up again, this time in seedy Bangkok, having lost Stu's soon to be brother in law. It's up to the guys to piece together their night. Amazingly, their night isn't much different than it was in the first film.
Director Todd Phillips seems to have taken the script for the original Hangover, and just substituted new locations and situations for those in the first film. It's got the exact same structure. It bothered me that the filmmakers put so little effort into the film, and seemed to just be out for my money. I would have been better off going to Bangkok myself and having someone steal my wallet.
