From an adult standpoint, it was okay. I was expecting much more, since I had read several critical reviews that gave it 4 stars. The story was okay, but nothing memorable.

Frozen is an amazing movie for everyone no matter children or adults.Love it!! Especially the 3D version!

Amazing animation. Rather lackluster story. A LOT of singing. The Queen sister's transformations were never fully explained nor did they always make sense. There were delightful parts yes... but overall the story seemed more like something for a Saturday morning cartoon, in other words, not the best.

This is an awesome movie. It had my self and sister in tears, for we could so relate to this movie. I only wish I could see it in 3D now.

2 1/2 stars. Pretty good, but not great. The kids seemed to like it when we left the theater and walked to the cars, but none of the kids even talked about it 10 minutes after we left the theater. No lasting effect. There were six kids, ages 7 to 12 in our group.
From an adult standpoint, it was okay. I was expecting much more, since I had read several critical reviews that gave it 4 stars. The story was okay, but nothing memorable. It does not even approach Despicable Me or The Incredibles. Nonetheless, not a bad afternoon if you need something to do with your bored kids.

This year I did not see any animated movies that were good, so by default, Frozen wins. The film was not amazing but it had its moments and I enjoyed watching it. In its best moments the movie was really warm and fun and I really enjoyed the characters. The animation was rich and very vivid, and I appreciated the mythology. In its bad moments the film was calculated and I did not think the soundtrack was that good. Overall, the film is worth seeing in the theaters if your family is visiting or you are visiting them, otherwise, I would wait until it comes out on DVD.

I did not love this film but i also did not hate it, it was alright. My little niece and nephew really enjoyed it but they are ten and thirteen years old so it is pretty easy to entertain them. I did like the characters because they were strong female characters and I thought that the film looked beautiful but it also had a lot of flaws. First and the biggest flaw in my book is the soundtrack, it was just not good. Second, the film was too calculating and manipulative but I guess one cannot expect any different from a Disney film. I honestly would be happy not to ever see another Disney film and support this corporation but my sister’s children were raised on Disney films and they love them. Basically, this film is advertised as a family friendly film and I guess it is but there are many other movies that I would personally choose over this one.

I am visiting my parents and this was a perfect film to see for the holidays. My whole family loved this film and we have children and grandparents so that is quite an accomplishment for an animation. I found this film to be very warm, beautiful visually, with rich and lively animation and likable and brave characters. I thought that the tone of the film was strong and clear and my favorite part was the strength of female characters, it was nice to see that. I also found the film to be quite witty and it was nice to see Disney doing good films again. Overall, I highly recommend seeing this film in the theaters with your whole family, you will have loads of fun, guaranteed.

My sister is visiting me in San Francisco and her children wanted to see a movie and this film seemed to be the only option. I actually liked it and even though I was not blown away by it, my nephew and niece had a great time watching t and that made my day. I liked the characters in the film and it was refreshing to see that they made female characters so strong and independent. I also enjoyed the way this film looked, the animation was beautiful and the tone of the film was strong. One thing that i really did not like was the soundtrack, it was kind of boring. I was quite impressed by the 3D effects, I am usually not a fan because it gives me a headache but this time I really enjoyed it. Overall, I would have not seen this film if I wasn’t an aunt but it was quite enjoyable and I would be down to see it again during the holidays with my brother’s kid.
