This is a drama about Korean’s war final battle, the film is directed by Hun Jang and stars Ha-kyun Shin, Soo Go and Seung-su Ryu. I did not like this film and I do not recommend seeing it in the theaters. I mean this film was just too violent and harsh for my taste and I bet that people who like war movies will think that this film is great but I did not. I like that the director emphasized that war is an ultimate evil and that it is an enemy for all people. I also liked that the director explored what it means to be a soldier and that ultimately it is a suicide which is completely unnecessary and a waste of human life. The film reveals a part of history that is often overlooked and I liked that but overall the film was too sad for me and I left the theater depressed.
