Well I had some expectations that weren't all met in the movie but overall it was decent. It was fast paced and I couldn't always guess what was going to happen next (although thats because it was rediculous at times), but I'm glad I spent the money to see it although I wont buy it on DVD.

Well the movie was ok at best. Shia LaBeouf could of done much much better. I expected a ton more from him. After 2 great recent movies he played in, i was dissapointed.

Am I the only person old enough to have seen or read \"2001:Space Odyssey?\" The super computer,HAL, attempts to take over the spacecraft.\nSi nce then there have been movies and \nTV shows based on the same premise. The fact that in modern society we have cell phones and security cameras everywhere, doesn\'t change the original idea but if you add in lots of violence, car chases, a child in jeopardy, a mother\'s undying love plus a loner/loser who hasn\'t lived up to his potential, then you have Eagle Eye! I\'d rather watch the old Star Trek episode that featured a computer that tried to take over the ship.

I think this movie is one of the best movies this year. This movie is a must-watch. Dont save ur money to not see this movie. Watch it on dvd at least

This is \"War Games\" meets \"The Net\" and you get sucked in like \"Speed.\" Ok, I could probably name about 5 other similar movies (See Quadradomus\'s review for a couple others.) So, how does this stand up against those others, not too bad. There is a lot of action and twists that keep you glued; however, the climax definitely lacked originality. That was a major disappointment because the movie had such great build up only to be left exhausted. This fall, with the exception of \"Ghost Town\" seems to be pretty mediocre after a wild and crazy summer of hit flicks. There was enough here to keep anyone interested, but don\'t feel obligated to have to see it right away. And again, in this case, 3 stars, are truly 2 1/2.

Well well well.. I had high hopes for this movie. I have to say that it is purty good, I\'d give it a B- in letter grades. The thing about this movie is that it spends way too much of its time in this high speed MTV generation, balls out intensity mode. I think that it has got to be a Ridley Scott production, that dude must be on Meth.\r\nThe acting is just so/so.. the story has been done many times before, with just a touch of \"Logan\'s run\"and \"2001 A Space Odyssey\" thrown in. A truely great movie has to have some character deveopment. You gotta give the audience a few scenes to identify with the characters so that they can either support them, or place them as the enemy. You can\'t just go balls out for intensity and swoon us with fast speed effects......\r \nLess of course you are looking for the MTV generation to buy your tickets.\r\nWai t for DVD release for this one.

This movie was well done. The plot was smart. The acting was good. I love Shia LaBeouf. I loved him ever since Holes. This seemed like a different mvie for him but he did an amazing job. Him and Michelle Monaghan have awesome chemistry. They make a perfect team. If you are in the mood for an action movie, come to Eagle Eye.
