This is a film based on a famous Italian comic book created by Tiziano Sclavi. I did not like this film and I do not recommend seeing it in the theaters. The film was overly explained and tedious. Dylan Dog played by Brandon Routh is a character that has too much on his plate in this film and Brandon Ruth is not a strong enough actor to pull it off. There is so much talking and explaining in this film that it gave me a headache and a strong desire to leave the theater in the middle of the film. The film is not fun or entertaining at all because it has been literally killed with extensive talking. -
I do not recommend seeing this film in the theaters because you would be terribly disappointed and simply bored. I had high hopes for this film to be good but I was badly mistaken. The main character Dylan played by Brandon Routh is very uninteresting because of a bad script and not good acting. I do not think that he can handle a complicated character, he is simply really boring. Overall, I did not like this film and I was very disappointed.
