Codebreaker (Britain's Greatest Codebreaker) Movie Reviews
User reviews on Codebreaker (Britain's Greatest Codebreaker)
This is a doc**entary about Alan Turing who set in motion the computer age and his World War II codebreaking helped turn the tide of the war but instead of glory Turing was humiliated and tortured by the British government. Because of his homosexuality Turing was forced to undergo chemical castration and in despair Turing took his own life. I really liked this film and highly recommend seeing it in the theaters. The film was well made, informative and very interesting. I did not know anything about Turing prior to this movie and I am glad I know about him now, what a sad life story he had. I think this is an important film and people should see it and tell others about it.
