Chernobyl Diaries Movie Reviews

I do not know why i keep going to see these kind of films, they never turn out to be any good and I always regret spending my money on them. THis film sucked and I definitely do not recommend seeing it in the theaters. The film has no suspense whatsoever, the characters are not developed at all and I did not care if they live or die and that makes the whole film completely pointless. Overall, I suggest you save your money and time and avoid this film at all costs.
I did not like this film and do not recommend seeing it in the theaters because it is not worth your time or money, at least in my opinion it is not. The film is not scary whatsoever and there is no tension buildup or character development so when they all start dying you do not care at all and that makes the whole film completely pointless and meaningless. The scariest part of this film was to see the ruins of Chernobyl and remember how many people died and suffered horrible diseases because of this disaster but the movie itself is such a bore. Like many other horror flicks this film is extremely predictable and unoriginal and I wish I did not waste my money on it.
I did not like this film and do not recommend seeing it in the theaters. First of all, I did not like that the filmmakers decided that Chernobyl would be a good idea for a scary movie, it’s like making a horror flick about Hiroshima and Nagasaki, it’s just a bad idea. Second of all, the film is not interesting, it is not scary and I did not enjoy watching it one bit. The characters were there just to spit out the dialogue and die and I could not care less about any of them. Basically, I do not think this film is worth your time or money and I think there are better films in the theater than this one.
I knew from the trailer that this film is not going to be good and i was absolutely right. First of all, I hate that the filmmakers thought it would be a good idea to film a scary movie that involves the tragedy of Chernobyl, I am from Eastern Europe and I remember well when Chernobyl happened and how scary and tragic it was, I really don’t think a scary film should be made about it. Also, the film was not scary, not interesting and overall just kind of bad. The characters were not developed and I did not care about any of them or their deaths. Basically, I do not recommend seeing it in the theaters.
