This film should be seen by anybody who cares about their childrens’ education and the future of this country. The doc**entary itself was not made perfectly and it had a lot of flaws, however the issues that it is talking about are extremely important and the sad realities of the teachers in the film is heartbreaking and angering in the same time. It is so sad to see individuals who are so devoted and passionate about teaching having to make a very tough decision about doing what you love or being able to support yourself and your family. These problems are very close to my heart because my mother has been a teacher for 25 years and she left her job recently due to the budget cuts and terrible treatment.

This is a doc**entary about four American teachers, the film is directed by Vanessa Roth and Brian McGinn and stars Matt Damon. I am a teacher myself and it was very interesting for me to see this film, even though the film is very one-sided it pointed out the problems perfectly. It was hard to watch my fellow collegues struggling, I know how it feels to love your job and not be able to survive on the salary. I feel underappreciated every day, not by my students but by the government and the whole educational system, watching this film was like watching my life. Overall, I think everybody should see this film, it is important.
