This is a drama about two people seeking love in Paris, the film is directed by Eric Schaeffer and stars Heather Aitken, Heather Aitken and Lizzie Brocheré . I liked this film and I think it is worth seeing in the theaters. The movie was very honest and i really admire that because it is not an easy task to stay this honest and still tell a story affectivly. The film is not easy to watch and it is rather grim but i do not mind that, i bet some people will find it a bit too depressing. I think the film is nicely paced and I really enjoy watching the romance develop but it was sad to know that the love will not be able to last (because the characters have pretty dark secrets). I like how the director examines the differences between American and European culture, I think he did a great job with that and I agree with his view. Overall, I had a good time watching this film and I think it is worth your time.
I did not like this film and I do not recommend seeing it in the theaters. I think the film was quite boring and there was so much dialogue that i stopped listening and started sleeping. The film was way too neurotic for my taste and i feel that it was trying to copy “Lost in Translation” but it was not nearly as good and it was also not original at all. I also did not like the main character, he was so pathetic and annoying and I did not want him to succeed, I wanted him to go away. Eric Scheaffer is also not believable in his character at all and he is kind of annoying. Overall, this film sucks and it was a waste of my hard earned cash.
