I think this film was not supposed to be shown in the theaters, it should have gone straight to DVD. The film was not focused and the story was all over the place, it could have had a lot of heart but instead it was soulless and I did not care for any of the characters at all. The family was portrayed as a little bit crazy and veteran actors like Aidan Quinn and Andie MacDowell had to play grief stricken parents but the way their characters were introduced was no good and did not arouse sympathy. The dialogue in the film was pretty bad as well and definetely not inspirational. Overall, I think this film was a total bust.
