What a bunch of unfounded garbage. I attended a movie and later made my way into see a good portion of Obama's America. First, D'Souza is a conservative with links to Ronald Reagan, Heritage Foundation, etc. Is the movie fair and balance? Heck, no. It is the typical neo-conservative method of "proving" something by distortion, cherry-picked "evidence", repeating something over and over like it is the truth, etc. The same method Bush used to get us into a war in Iraq because they had Weapons of Mass Destruction which did not exist but cost American lives and billions of dollars. What a bunch of whoooy! Don't be fooled by this biased piece of make-believe. -
I give this sh-t zero stars. It is OUR responsibiltiy to stop paying attention to such carp and start thinking for ourself and reading for our self. -
Dinesh D'Souza put in a Great amount of effort to be "Balanced" about his research of this movie. He did a tremendous job for his first time.
However, the LYING & DECEIVING COVER-UP CON-trolled media has done its best to suppress the FACT that D'Souza's Father was one of the people MURDERED at the Wisconsin Sikh Temple on August 5th!!!
Either Obama ORDERED THAT MURDER, or maybe its just a big coincidence!!! I don't believe in fairy tales, or coincidences, how about you??? -
I'm an independent. I voted for Obama in 2008. My family has been Chicago Machine Democrats since 1931. My grandparents were Ward Heelers in the 1st Ward and most of the family lives off patronage jobs and civil service in Illinois, Indiana, and Wisconsin. Google my family name and we are everywhere back there. I knew about most of the information in the movie before Obama was elected. The movie doesn't go into the way the Machine elected Obama and why. It doesn't describe the support structure the Machine provided him and why the Machine is backing away from him. I've been to the family "get-togethers" and listened to the conversations that people outside the Machine will never hear. My family may be Democrats, but they aren't stupid. We go to church, send our kids to Catholic schools, support pro-life, and live decent lives. We are Democrats for the money we make off the party, but we are still Americans and none of the family is voting for this guy again. He is off the reservation. He has gone rogue. The movie should have covered this. It's important. -
Excellent, incisive revelation of the philosophy and events that motivate Obama and his policies. The author, Dinesh D'Souza who was born in India the same year as Obama, contrasts his coming to America and reveling in the opportunities here with Obama's mission. Quite fascinating -
If money rules current elections then if Obama is reelected it will be money, corruption, buracratic terrorism, and tyrany that rules his second election.
The most telling part is when Obama is sitting with the former President of Russia Dmitry Mededev and is unaware that there is a live microphone; Obama says, Tell putin that I will have more fleibility when I'm reelected. What he means is he'll be even more tyranical and corrupt than he has been. The movie tells it like it is and what the National media propagandists for Obama won't tell us. -

I voted for president Obama and I am sort of inclined to like this film but I did not. found this film to be quite boring and sluggish and overall a bit pointless. I expected to learn something new and exciting but there was nothing new in this film whatsoever. The film is not entertaining at all and I realize that doc**entaries are not supposed to be extremely entertaining but I expected something more than this. I did like the cinematography of this film and the pacing was quite good but everything else fell flat. Overall, I do not recommend seeing this film in the theaters. -
'2016' - tells Obama's story in a powerful way :

We went to see "obama 2016". You would not have believed how many people showed up to see this doc**entary. Every seat in the theater was filled, even though there had been an earlier showing that day, and more showings were scheduled for the rest of the afternoon and evening. We had to sit way down front - (I don't like sitting that close to the screen. It gives me a sore neck, and eye strain). The
Audience was riveted. You could barely hear a sound from them, or detect a movement, and certainly not smell
Popcorn. Yet the movie had no bombast, no violence, no sex and no spectacular visual effects.
Everyone was so quiet. I don't think they were even breathing. No one wanted to miss a word. It was
Refreshing to see how addressing adults as adults could be effective, in an age when so many parts of the
Media address the public as if they were children who need a constant whirlwind of sounds and
Movements to keep them interested. After the show everyone clapped. I haven't seen that many people in a movie theater since I was a teenager; or hear the audience start clapping at the end. The movie didn't try to put obama down; it just told how obama came to his Third World perspective of America and the facts about his life. How he came to be the person he is today.
