Stanley Blystone (August 1, 1894 – July 16, 1956) was an American film actor who made over 500 films appearances between 1924 and 1956. Born in Eau Claire, Wisconsin, Blystone's full name was William Stanley Blystone. His brother John Blystone (1891–1938) was a film director in Hollywood. Stanley was the third cousin of CNN correspondent Richard Blystone and also the second cousin twice removed of George Carmack, who launched the Klondike gold rush. Blystone was strolling down a Hollywood sidewalk when he fell to the ground, dying of a sudden heart attack. His wife was Hollywood starlet Alma Tell (1898–1937). They had no children. He is buried at Valhalla Memorial Park Cemetery.
