She is a well known face on the Bengali small screen industry in West Bengal.She got Anandalok Awards (2006) and BFJA Awards (2007) for Kantatar Apart from acting, she is also a judge in a popular Bengali standup comedy serial, Mirakkel. Sreelekha appeared in a Coca-Cola ad opposite Aamir Khan
