Patrick Fabian (born December 7, 1964) is an American actor who has a number of television credits to his name including Big Love, Joan of Arcadia, CSI: Crime Scene Investigation, 24, Veronica Mars, Rude Awakening, Xena: Warrior Princess, Star Trek: Voyager. Fabian has found much of his fame in playing college professors, including Professor of Anthropology Jeremiah Lasky at the fictional California University in Saved by the Bell: The College Years, Professor of Criminology Hank Landry of Hearst, another fictional college, on the show Veronica Mars, and yet another college professor in a 1993 episode of Beverly Hills, 90210. On Ugly Betty he appeared as one of the hosts of the fictional channel "Fashion TV", and he played villainous car company executive Mark Chase in an episode of Pushing Daisies. He also was in the pilot episode of Boston Common playing Professor Reed. Most recently, Fabian plays the role of Ted Price on the HBO drama Big Love. Fabian is also of Armenian descent and co-starred in the Disney Channel Original Movie Twitches and reprised his role in 2007 for Twitches Too on the Disney Channel.
