Noel Fielding (born 21 May 1973 in Westminster, London, England) is an English artist, comedian and actor. He is known for his role as Richmond Avenal in The IT Crowd and Vince Noir in The Mighty Boosh, which he co-writes with comedy partner Julian Barratt.
