Kate McNeil (born 1959) is an American television actress. Among her works there are titles like As the World Turns, Kane & Abel, Shadow Dancer, The Love Boat: The Next Wave and others. She also starred in director George A. Romero's 1988 thriller Monkey Shines, and in director Kevin Connor's 1985 miniseries North and South Book two. She earned a Master in Special Education at Cal State Northridge.
