Eddie McGee (born February 24, 1979) was the winner of the first season of the American version of Big Brother. He was awarded $500,000 for being the last remaining houseguest, beating out nine other contestants. McGee is a wheelchair basketball player who lost his left leg due to cancer. McGee was born on Long Island. His appearances include the video "Enemy" for the band Fozzy and speaking roles on Law & Order and Guiding Light, as well as a bit part on the Desperate Housewives Season 4 episode "In Buddy's Eyes" as a man in a wheelchair that argues with Gabrielle and a partial week of appearances on Hollywood Squares when that show came to New York for 3 weeks in the fall of 2000. He also starred in the film The Angel which won Best Film at the London Sci-Fi Film Festival of 2007, and is the founder and current CEO of Tripod Productions, Inc.
