Conor MacNeill (born 4 July 1988) is an actor from Belfast, Northern Ireland, who has appeared on stage, film and TV. MacNeill was born in West Belfast. He appears opposite Jim Sturgess, Nathalie Press, and Ben Kingsley in Kari Skogland's Fifty Dead Men Walking. He also plays the character of Pots in Irish Indie flick Peacefire Directed by Macdara Vallely. MacNeill also makes a cameo appearance as 'Fanta' in Cherrybomb. He plays the character of Dave in Five Minutes of Heaven, which tells the true story of a young Protestant man convicted of murdering a Catholic boy during The Troubles. The film is directed by Oliver Hirschbiegel and was premiered at the 2009 Sundance Film Festival. MacNeill stars alongside Risteárd Cooper as Ciaran MacIonraic in Irish comedy drama An Crisís, for which he received a Nomination for Outstanding Actor in a Comedy drama series at the 2010 Festival de Télévision de Monte-Carlo. The first episode of the series aired on the 7 April 2010, and was highly praised by the critics.
