Chris Egan Movies and Career Information

Christopher Andrew "Chris" Egan (born 29 June 1984) is an Australian actor probably best known for playing Nick Smith in the Australian soap opera Home and Away for three years. He most recently played David Shepherd on the NBC television drama Kings, heavily based on the Biblical story of King David and King Saul. Egan was born in Sydney, Australia. He has three brothers: Tim, the eldest, Ben and Joel. His middle name, Andrew, is the name of his father. His family lives near the Northern Beaches of Sydney. Egan has appeared in several commercials and did some modelling, but his ability and ambition for acting came out when he performed in the Glen Street production of Les Misérables and West Side Story.
