Bradley Cooper (born January 5, 1975) is an American film, theatre and television actor. He is best known for his roles as Will Tippin in the TV series Alias, Phil Wenneck in the 2009 film The Hangover, and Templeton "Faceman" Peck in 2010 movie The A-Team. Cooper was born in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania and grew up in nearby Jenkintown, Pennsylvania. His mother, Gloria (née Campano), is Italian-American, and his father, Charlie Cooper, is Irish-American and worked as a stockbroker for Merrill Lynch. Cooper was raised Roman Catholic. After graduating from Germantown Academy in 1993, he attended Villanova University for his freshman year, then transferred to Georgetown University, from which he graduated with a B.A. in English in 1997. He has studied French, and has lived in France for 6 months. Later he studied at the Actors Studio Drama School at New School University; and can be seen in the Inside the Actors Studio episodes that featured Steven Spielberg, Ron Howard, Robert De Niro, Jack Lemmon and Clint Eastwood.
