Antonia Campbell-Hughes Movies and Career Information

Antonia Campbell-Hughes (born 1982) is a Northern Irish actress of English and Irish descent, best-known for appearing in Jack Dee's sitcom Lead Balloon, about to start filming its 4th series. After the success of first series Lead Balloon, Antonia went on to be cast in a variety of comedy shows on British television alongside the likes of Jennifer Saunders and In The Thick of It's Alex Mcqueen, to her own one man show Bluebell Welch for MTV. Coming from an artistic/fashion background, Antonia continues to involve herself in other areas including writing and art, with a comedy series in the pipeline and her first art exhibition in a london group show set for December. After gaining praise in Vanity Fair review among others for her supporting role in Jane Campion's Bright Star, this past year she has turned her focus more to drama in film work, taking a break from comedy, with a fast growing film career.
